Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! As we move closer to the spring you may feel a surge of energy and excitement, which always feels great, but please monitor how you are spending your energy. You don’t want to deplete your reserves, so take it nice and easy. Whatever ‘to-do’ list you have set for today, reduce it by half.
The focus this week is on more self-care. Would you be able to sleep in a little more today? Or can you find a time in the afternoon for a nap? You don’t want to just keep going and going until you exhaust and overwhelm yourself. This card indicates you are close to a burnout, so please heed the advice being given today. Make more time for relaxation and rest.
Winter is not done with us yet! This is still a moment for self-reflection and self-inventory of what is truly important in your life. You are so much more than your ‘to-do’s’! Remember that being busy doesn’t mean being productive, so rather than overbook yourself, take a breath before committing to anything new. Believe it or not, your plate is full. After much needed rest you can work on completing some of these tasks you’ve taken on.
Take a moment to tap into the harmony already within yourself. I have been meditating daily for about two months now, and can feel the difference in my mindfulness and awareness. Meditation has been a tool to give my mind a break, and I think it’s something we can all use. If you can stop to smell the roses, and notice the beauty and love all around you, you can tap in to a profound sense of oneness with the Universe. This is what we need more of. It will help you remember your purpose here. It will help you remember that we are going to be alright, and everything will work out. There are so many ways to meditate, so try different techniques to see which could work best for you.
By taking a much needed pause today you can allow your cup (and energy reserves) to be refilled. Doing this will help you see what you’ve been missing (or overlooking), which can aid you in making better decisions tomorrow.
Have a blessed day all!
